Ingredients
- 2 C. cooked chickpeas ( I used canned)
- 1/4 C. chopped red onion
- 1/4 C. carrot ,diced small
- 1/4 C. bell pepper, diced small (or Cucumbers or radishes)
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 small sprigs of rosemary, minced
- Salt
- Ground pepper
Directions

Combine dressing ( I used less)

Put all other ingredients in a serving bowl

Add dressing
