BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 3lb chicken cut into 8 pieces
- 3 c apple cider
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Baby Bam
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. vegetable juice
- 2 c barbecue sauce (homemade or bought)
- Barbecue Sauce
- 1 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter (4 tbsp.)
- 3/4 c cider vinegar
- 1/4 c dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Baby Bam
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

Put chicken in plastic sealable bag

Combine ingredients except oil and BB Sauce

Pour over chicken, seal, refrigerate for 30 min

Make BBQ Sauce – combine all over 15 m

Preheat oven to 375

Grease 9×13 baking dish w/ veg. oil

Drain marinade and discard

Put chicken in dish and bake 30 minutes

Cover chicken w/ 1 c BBQ sauce

BROIL 5 -10m until bubbly

Cool 10 m and serve w/ remaining BBQ sauce
