Beef Stronganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 LB stew meat
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 small can mushrooms (or fresh)
  • 3 tbsp. Cornstarch to thicken
  • 1- 8oz. sour cream
  • 1 - pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked

Directions

  1. Brown meat & add soup mix/water to cover.

  2. Add beef broth. Simmer all day.

  3. 3-4 hrs. before done add mushrooms

  4. 1 hr. before done add cornstarch/water.

  5. Bring to a boil to thicken.

  6. Reduce heat & add sour cream.

  7. Keep on low until serving.

  8. Serve over noodles.
