Beef Stronganoff

Ingredients
- 2 LB stew meat
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 small can mushrooms (or fresh)
- 3 tbsp. Cornstarch to thicken
- 1- 8oz. sour cream
- 1 - pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
Directions

Brown meat & add soup mix/water to cover.

Add beef broth. Simmer all day.

3-4 hrs. before done add mushrooms

1 hr. before done add cornstarch/water.

Bring to a boil to thicken.

Reduce heat & add sour cream.

Keep on low until serving.

Serve over noodles.
