Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz. lobster tails
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

Cut underside of tail w/ shear, clip edge fins.

Peel back soft under shell and discard.

Bend tail back to crack shell or insert skewer between meat & shell to keep from curling.

Lay cut side up on broiler pan.

Combine melted butter, salt & paprika.

Brush over lobster.

Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 10-15 min.

Serve with clarified butter.
