Chicken Tetrazzini Casserole

Ingredients
- 7 oz. uncooked spaghetti
- 1/4 c butter
- 8 oz. pkg. (3c) fresh sliced mushrooms
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c chicken broth
- 3/4 c half and half
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- dash of pepper
- 3 c cubed/cooked chicken
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 -2 tsp. parsley
Directions

at oven to 350. Cook spaghetti.

Melt butter, add mushrooms, cook.

Stir in flour, cook 1 min. until smooth an bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add chicken broth, stir & cook until thickened.

Add half and half, 1 tbsp. parsley, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Mix well.

Add chicken & spaghetti, toss.

Pour into 13×9 baking dish. Add cheese

Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Add parsley.
