  • Lobster

Directions

  1. Place lobster on its back.

  2. Cut down body to the tail. Don’t cut through back of the shell.

  3. Twist off head from tail. Cut membrane to expose the meat.

  4. Remove sack near head & dark vein through tail.

  5. The green live and coral role are edible.

  6. Twist off large claws. Crack, remove meat.
