Ingredients
- Meat juices from roasted meat
- 3-4 tbsp. reserved fat), return to pan
- Enough Water, broth or milk w/ juices = 2c
- 1/4 c flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

Skim off 3-4 tbsp. fat, return to pan.

Add water, broth or milk to juices to = 2c.

Stir flour into fat & cook over low until bubbly.

Remove from heat, add 2c liquid. Stir.

Return heat over medium. Cook/stir until

thick and bubbly. Then cook 1-2 min. more.
