Pasta Frittata

Ingredients
- 4 oz. thick-cut bacon, diced
- cooking spray or margarine
- Batter:
- 4 extra-large eggs/ 5 large eggs beaten
- 2 1/2 c half and half
- 5 tsp. cornstarch
- salt and white pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti in 2" pieces
- 1/4 c sliced green onion
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 c shredded Fontina cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

Sauté the diced bacon until done. Drain.

eheat oven to 350. Spray 1 1/2 qt. dish.

Batter: Mix eggs, 1/2 & 1/2, cornstarch, plus salt, white pepper and nutmeg.

Mix spag. onions, bacon and white pepper.

Pour into baking dish. Pour egg mix over top.

Bale for 25 min.

Sprinkle w/ Fontina cheese. Bake until golden.

Turn off heat & open oven door to dry Frittata

Sprinkle w/ Parmesan & serve on warm plate.
