Grilled Cheese Wraps

Ingredients
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh chives
- 4- 7" egg roll wrappers
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 c vegetable oil, frying
- Marinara sauce
Directions

Cheese wraps:

Place slice of each cheese, pepper, chives.

Place 2nd slice of each cheese. Roll. Repeat.

Place egg roll w/ pointed end toward you.

Place cheese roll in the center.

Fold left corner over cheese.

Brush egg on right corner. Fold over cheese.

Press corners together to make them stick.

Repeat w/ top & bottom corners to enclose.

Repeat and refrigerate all for 30 minutes

at oil to 350. Fry rolls until golden.

Drain and serve w/ marinara sauce.
