Barbecued ribs

Ingredients
- Zinfandel Rib Rub:
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 slab pork spareribs (about 1 LB)
- 1/2 c barbecue sauce
Directions

Combine all ingredients to make rib rub.

Put ribs on baking sheet & sprinkle w/ rub.

Massage mix into both sides of meat.

Cover in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hrs.+.

Preheat grill.

Grill ribs bone side down 30 min, covered.

Turn skill side down. Grill 30 min. covered.

Serve w/ barbeque sauce.
