Pork Roast w/ apples & sage

Cook time: 420 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients
- 4 tsp. chopped fresh sage
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. kosher garlic
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 3/4 LB boneless pork loin roast, trimmed
- 12 oz. pork gravy or bistro au jus (Heinz)
- 4 medium Gala apples
Directions

Mix sage, garlic, salt & pepper. Put on pork.

Place gravy in slow cooker.

Core 2 apples & coarsely chop. Add to gravy.

Place pork on top.

Cover & cook on low 5-7 hours.

Core remaining apples into 8 wedges.

Add to slow cooker for last hour of cooking.

Remove pork & apple wedges. Let stand.

Remove chopped apples. Puree apple.

Slice pork.

Serve w/ apple wedges and apple gravy.
