Watermelon and Prosciutto Skewers

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs seedless baby watermelon, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 lb prosciutto, torn in half lengthwise
  • store bought balsamic glaze

Directions

  1. on 6" skewers, tread 3 pieces of watermelon with half slice prosciutto folded between each.

  2. Generously drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
