Ingredients
- 2 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz firm tofu
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 3 cups blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 T butter
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 T lemon juice

Blend smooth

Fill crust

Bake @ 370 for 30 minutes

Cool at room temp and chill overnight

Combine ingredients and cook till thickened 4 minutes
