Ingredients
- 2 - 3 lbs Beef Ribs
- 2 Liter Ginger Ale
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

Soak ribs in ginger ale overnight.

Add dry ingredients and cover in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Bake in oven at 350, covered, for 2 hours.
