Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional Add-ins:
- Vanilla Extract
- Banana Liquor
Directions

In a large bowl whisk flour and eggs. gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. add the salt and butter and beat until smooth.

Heat lightly oiled pan on medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each crepe into pan. Tilt the pan in circular motion so batter coats the pan surface evenly.

Cook crepe until bottom is light brown (about 2 minutes.) Loosen with spatula and flip to cook other side.
