Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Banana Liquor

Directions

  1. In a large bowl whisk flour and eggs. gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. add the salt and butter and beat until smooth.

  2. Heat lightly oiled pan on medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each crepe into pan. Tilt the pan in circular motion so batter coats the pan surface evenly.

  3. Cook crepe until bottom is light brown (about 2 minutes.) Loosen with spatula and flip to cook other side.
