BAKED FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 4-6 CHICKEN BREAST
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 TBSP SEASON ALL
  • 3/4 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/2 C FLOUR
  • 1/2 C PANKO
  • 2 TSP PAPRIKA
  • 1/2 STICK BUTTER

Directions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400

  2. CUT BUTTER INTO CUBES AND PLACE IN 9X13 BAKING PAN

  3. MELT BUTTER IN PAN DURING PREHEAT

  4. SPREAD MELTED BUTTER EVENLY AROUND PAN

  5. COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL

  6. PUT MILK IN A SEPARATE BOWL

  7. DREDGE CHICKEN IN MILK. SHAKE OFF EXCESS

  8. COMPLETELY COAT CHICKEN IN DRY INGREDIENTS

  9. PLACE CHICKEN IN PAN

  10. BAKE FOR 20 MIN. TURN EACH PIECE AND BAKE ADDITIONAL 20 MIN.
