Ingredients

  • PRIME RIB ROAST
  • 2 TSP DRIED THYME
  • 6 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
  • S&P TO TASTE
  • ----------------
  • AUJUS:
  • 1 CAN FRENCH ONION SOUP
  • 1 CAN BEEF BROTH
  • 1 CAN COLD WATER
  • 1/2 TSP WHITE SUGAR
  • 2 TSP WORCHESTER
  • 1/8 TSP SALT

Directions

  1. LET ROAST REST UNTIL ROOM TEMP

  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

  3. RUB ROAST WITH SEASONING.

  4. PLACE ON RACK IN SHALLOW PAN

  5. BAKE 1 HR

  6. TURN OFF OVEN -(DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR)

  7. THERE MUST BE AN INTERVAL OF 2-6HR

  8. RN OVEN BACK ON TO 375. 35 MIN=RARE, 45 MIN = MED
