Orange Cupcakes

Serves 12 people

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 250 gr sour cream
- 1 1/2 T orange zest
- 3 eggs
- 50 g butter, melted
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- Icing:
- 2 T butter
- 2 T orange juice
- 2 C icing sugar
Directions

In food processor, process first 3 ingredients.

Add eggs, singly.

Add remaining ingredients and pulse just to combine.

Bake in paper lined cup cake pans at 180oC approx 15-20 minutes.

Cool, then ice.

Blend ingredients together until smooth.
