Honey and mustard sausages

Ingredients

  • 675g cocktail sausages
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 tbsp English mustard
  • 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 5 tbsp runny honey

Directions

  1. In a non-stick frying pan, cook the cocktail sausages in a little vegetable oil for about 8 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

  2. Meanwhile, mix together both the mustards and runny honey.

  3. Toss the cooked sausages in the mustard dressing, put on a platter and serve hot or cold.
