Honey and mustard sausages

Ingredients
- 675g cocktail sausages
- vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 tbsp English mustard
- 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 5 tbsp runny honey
Directions

In a non-stick frying pan, cook the cocktail sausages in a little vegetable oil for about 8 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, mix together both the mustards and runny honey.

Toss the cooked sausages in the mustard dressing, put on a platter and serve hot or cold.
