Loaded chkn,potato,bacon casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chkn breast cubed
  • 8-10 potatoes cut cubed
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 1 -1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tblsp black pepper
  • 1 tblsp paprika
  • 2 tblsp garlic powder
  • 6 tblsp hot sauce
  • TOPPING
  • 2 c shredded cheese
  • 1 c crumbled bacon
  • 1 c diced green onion

Directions

  1. Oven 500

  2. Spray 9 by 13 pan

  3. Mix oil,salt,pepper,paprika,garlic powder and hot sauce

  4. Add potatoes and stir to coat

  5. Put potatoes in pan leaving as much sauce as possible in bowl

  6. Bake potatoes for 45-50 minutes stirring every ten minutes until crispy and brown

  7. While potatoes are cooking add chicken to sauce

  8. When potatoes are done, remove and turn oven to 400

  9. Put chicken on top of tomatoes

  10. In bowl mix cheese,bacon and green onion

  11. Put on top of chicken

  12. Put casserole back in oven for 15 minutes
