Jerky Marinade

Makes enough for about 2lbs of thawed/sliced meat
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 3oz Soy Sauce
- 3oz Water (H20)
- 1 tsp black pepper course ground
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions

Add Soy & water to microwave safe measuring cup, heat 60 seconds or until almost hot.

Add remaining dry seasonings and stir until melted and combined.

Splash some in a flat container, begin laying down meat strips while spooning mixture over each layer until done.
