Jerky Marinade

Makes enough for about 2lbs of thawed/sliced meat

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 3oz Soy Sauce
  • 3oz Water (H20)
  • 1 tsp black pepper course ground
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

  1. Add Soy & water to microwave safe measuring cup, heat 60 seconds or until almost hot.

  2. Add remaining dry seasonings and stir until melted and combined.

  3. Splash some in a flat container, begin laying down meat strips while spooning mixture over each layer until done.
