Ingredients
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients except the cheese and bake in a greased 9 X 9 casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese on top and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes or until the center is firm.
