Copper Chicken

Ingredients
- Boneless big chicken cubes 1 cup
- Salt & Pepper 1 tsp each
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tblsp
- Batter
- 1 egg
- 4 tblsp flour
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tblsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
Directions

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, mustard, and vinegar and keep it for 1/2 an hour. Make batter, dip the chicken pieces in this and deep fry. In a plate put the fried chicken pieces on one side, put the coleslaw on the other side, put a slice of tomato and cucumber and french fries.
