Breakfast power smoothie

Ingredients
- 20g porridge oats
- 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 2 tsp stringy bark honey
- 1 heaped tbsp wholemilk yogurt
- 300ml full-fat milk
- 8 ice cubes
- few mixed seeds
Directions

Blend the oats, banana, honey, yogurt, milk and ice until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, top with the seeds and serve.
