Cream Cheese Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- Salt
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
Directions

In a microwave safe bowl, heat mozzarella and cream cheese for 1 min; stir, then continue heating in 30 sec bursts until melted

Stir in egg; mix in almond flour and flax seed meal with your hands until a stiff dough forms

Roll or pat out onto pizza pan and bake at 425 for 10 min; remove from oven and poke with a fork a few times to loose air bubbles

Top with sauce, cheese, and choice toppings then cook until melted
