Eggnog Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted real butter melted, cooled slightly
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix sugar and flour together.

  3. Beat in eggnog, eggs, vanilla and nutmeg to make a smooth mixture.

  4. Stir in butter and pour into prepared pie crust. Bakr 35 to 40 minutes or intil a custard consistency.

  5. Cool before serving.
