Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups eggnog
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup unsalted real butter melted, cooled slightly
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix sugar and flour together.

Beat in eggnog, eggs, vanilla and nutmeg to make a smooth mixture.

Stir in butter and pour into prepared pie crust. Bakr 35 to 40 minutes or intil a custard consistency.

Cool before serving.
