Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, in cubes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 can creme de leite
- Mushrooms – optional
Directions

Fry the onions

Add the chicken and garlic

Add the mushrooms , chicken bouillon cubes , catchup , mustard and cook for 3 minutes

Mix the cornstarch with the milk until thickened then add to mixture

If more juice is needed consider adding chicken broth?

Lower the heat add the cream of milk

Serve afterwards add shoestring potatoes
