- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Stand mixer, hand mixer, food processor, blender, or even a mason jar
Directions

beat until separates and butter is basically stuck to beaters.

Pour off and store buttermilk in fridge.

Rinse butter

wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge.
