Chicken Calcutta

Ingredients
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 chillies
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon juice
- cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ground cloves
- ground corriander
- salt
- 3 chicken breasts cut into pieces
- oil
- cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 bananas
- 1 can pinapple
- cup (handful) golden raisins
- cup raisins
- mint 2 springs
- lemon juice
- salt
- naan or rice
Directions

Puree first set of ingredients

Toss chicken with 2 tbsp of mix.

heat oil cook med heat for 10 min

Stir in cinnamon, stock, coco milk, sugar- bring to boil simmer 10 min

Stir chicken into sauce 2 min. combine Sliced bananas and additional ingredients.

Serve with naan or rice
