Lime Basil Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 lb lrg shrimp (peeled devained)
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp salt and lemon pepper
- 2 tbsp basil

Grate rind from lime, set aside

Squeeze lime juice into bowl

Melt oil in skillet large. Add onion and garlic cook 8 min stir a lot.

add shrimp and saute 2 min, stir in lime, cook 2 min or until shrimp is pink. remove, stir in basil
