Turkey & Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1 bag frozen vegetable combination
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
  • 4 cups cubed herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spray an 11×8 inch shallow baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Stir the soup and milk in a large bowl. Stir in the vegetables, turkey and stuffing. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir.

  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the turkey mixture. Bake for 5 minutes more or until the cheese melts.
