Sesame-Ginger Edamame

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Asian (dark) sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen shelled edamame, thawed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant.

  3. Add the edamame and salt. Cook, stirring, until headed through.
