Ingredients
- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 slice American or Cheddar cheese
Directions

Split the English muffin and toast.

while the muffin is toasting, break the egg onto a saucer and beat it lightly with a fork.

Microwave the egg, on the saucer, on high for 30-60 seconds, until it is just set and a bit puffy.

Butter the toasted muffin and lay the cooked egg on the bottom half.

Lightly salt and pepper the egg.

Lay the cheese slice on top of the egg and then the other muffin half.
