Salmon Noodle Casserole with Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 pound wide egg noodles
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
  • 1 can (15 oz) pink salmon

Directions

  1. Cook the egg noodles in a saucepan according to the package and drain.

  2. Stir in the soup, milk, and peas. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

  3. Drain the salmon and add it to the mixture. Stir gently until heated thoroughly.
