Ingredients
- 3 pounds green beans
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup slivered almonds

Blanch green beans.

Melt butter in a large skillet and add the crushed garlic and well-drained beans.

Sprinkle the salt and continue to stir-fry from 10-12 minutes, until just tender-crisp.

Add the almonds and stir-fry for 1 minutes.
