Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup baby carrots, cut lengthwise
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup uncooked egg noodles
- 1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken and onion in oil stirring frequently until chicken is browned and onion is tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Then uncover and simmer 8 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
