Ingredients
- 4 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package (8 oz) American and Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup cheese crackers, crushed
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook noodles as directed on package, adding broccoli for last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain noodles and broccoli.

In same saucepan, stir milk and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cheese and pepper. Stir in noodles and broccoli.

Place mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with crushed cheese crackers.

Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly and top is golden brown.
