Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- Egg noodles or rice
Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium heat for about 30 seconds.

Add beef and beans; sprinkle with salt. Mix well.

Cook 5 minutes or until beef is well browned, stirring occasionally.

Stir in walnuts; cook 2 minutes more.

Serve over hot cooked egg noodles or rice.
