Cheesy Beer-Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
  • 2/3 cup beer
  • 4 cups American cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut up
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In slow cooker, combine salsa and beer. Stir in American cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and cream cheese.

  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours or on high-heat setting for 1 1/2-2 hours.
