Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans (11 oz each) whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained
- 2 cans (11 oz each) condensed nacho cheese soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
- 2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chile peppers, undrained
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions

In a large skillet cook the ground beef until well browned. Drain off any fat.

Transfer meet to slow cooker. Stir in corn, cheese, soup, water, salsa, and green chile peppers.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4-6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2-3 hours. Top each serving with chips and sour cream.
