Ingredients
- 1 package (28 oz) loose-pack frozen diced hash brown potatoes with onion and peppers, thawed
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

Lightly coat slow cooker with cooking spray. In a large bowl stir together has brown potatoes, soup, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Spoon into slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours. Stir before serving.
