Ingredients
- 2 cups smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
- 8 oz cooked ham, diced
- 6 medium potatoes, baked and split
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
Directions

In slow cooker, combine Gouda cheese, celery soup, broccoli and ham.

Cover and cook for 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours on low heat setting.

Spoon ham mixture over baked potatoes. Sprinkle with chives.
