Ingredients

• 1 box red velvet cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• powdered sugar
• 1 package of white chocolate chips OR cheesecake chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375*

2. Combine cake mix, 2 eggs, and vegetable oil using a hand blender or wire whisk

3. Fold in white chocolate chips or cheesecake chips

4. Form teaspoon sized balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet or baking pan about 1" apart.

5. Slightly pat down the top of each cookie ball

6. Cook for 8-10 minutes (top of cookie will crack)

7. While still hot, sprinkle top of cookie with powdered sugar
