Ingredients
- 24 oz frozen hash browns
- 16 oz cube ham
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 lg eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Cooking spray
Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix frozen potatoes, ham, and cheese in a large bowl. Mix.

Put in 9 by 13 greased pan

In large bowl whisk eggs,milk,salt,pepper

Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture

Pat everything down
-
Bake for 1 hour

The center should be set and the edges golden brown
