Breakfast casserole

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen hash browns
  • 16 oz cube ham
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 lg eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix frozen potatoes, ham, and cheese in a large bowl. Mix.

  3. Put in 9 by 13 greased pan

  4. In large bowl whisk eggs,milk,salt,pepper

  5. Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture

  6. Pat everything down

  7. Bake for 1 hour

  8. The center should be set and the edges golden brown
