Cinnamon eggy bread

Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 thick slices bread
- knob of butter, about 15g
- 2 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Crack the eggs into a shallow bowl and mix with a fork. Cut the bread in half and press into the egg mixture, turning to coat.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat, until melted. Add the egg-soaked bread and cook for 2 minutes, until pale-golden.

Put the sugar and cinnamon onto a shallow plate. Put the hot eggy toast onto the sugar, turning it to coat both sides. Divide between plates and eat warm.
