Orange and mango smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 banana
  • 300ml apple juice

Directions

  1. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. Pour the juice into a large jug.

  2. Slice the flesh away from either side of the mango stone. Scoop the flesh away from the skin and put into the jug with the orange juice.

  3. Slice the banana and add to the jug along with the apple juice. Whizz it all together with an electric stick blender until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
