Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb. beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 T basil
  • 1.5 t salt
  • 1 lb. can tomatoes
  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 C ricotta
  • 1.5 C cottage cheese
  • 1/2 C grated parm
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 lb. mozzerela sliced thin
  • lasagne noodles

Directions

  1. brown meat, drain

  2. add next 5 ingredients, simmer 30 min

  3. cook noodles

  4. beat eggs, add remaining except mozz

  5. layer – noodles, meat, ricotta, mozz, noodles etc.

  6. top mozzerella

  7. 375 degrees about 30 min/45 if premade
