- 1/2 lb. beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 T basil
- 1.5 t salt
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 C ricotta
- 1.5 C cottage cheese
- 1/2 C grated parm
- 2 T parsley
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 lb. mozzerela sliced thin
- lasagne noodles
Directions

brown meat, drain

add next 5 ingredients, simmer 30 min

cook noodles

beat eggs, add remaining except mozz

layer – noodles, meat, ricotta, mozz, noodles etc.

375 degrees about 30 min/45 if premade
