Ingredients
- 2 lb. tenderloin roast
- spread with butter
- sauce
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 C. chopped green onions
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t dijon
- 3/4 c dry sherry
- dash pepper

bake for 30 minutes, pour sauce over then bake 15 more minutes.

melt butter, sautee onions till soft. add rest.
