Ingredients

• 1 (5.1 0z)pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
• 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
• 1 (9 inch) pie crust

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix, pineapple with liquid and sour cream; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill until set, at least 2 hours.
2. Optional: Decorate with whipped topping, flaked coconut and maraschino cherries.
