Baked Parsnips

Serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 4-5 parsnips, peeled and sliced 1/4 in. thick
- 2 T. butter
- 1-1 1/2 c. whipping cream or canned milk
- salt to taste
Directions

Layer parsnips with butter in a greased baking dish.

Pour whipping cream in to fill about half way up parsnips.

Sprinkle with salt.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes, until parsnips are fork tender and golden brown.
